Mô tả công việc
Your initial steps on the field include:
- Coordinating and facilitating Lamp;D activities including planning, training, meetings, schedules, etc;
- Monitoring completion of pre-course post-course and updating the relevant reports;
- Managing Lamp;D programs as well as talent management activities including registration and administration logisticvenue arrangements, payment and Lamp;D expenses, etc.;
- Supporting other tasks when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail;
- Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in practices and applications of Google amp; Microsoft Office;
- A commitment of a minimum of 24 hours per week at work onsite.
